Our purpose is to understand each of the existing relationships of the various elements that intervene in the behavior of human resources when they decide.
The Internal Control Systems (ICS) have been designed to protect companies from making poor decisions, however we know that ICS are structured information but it is not a guarantee that its purpose is always fulfilled for the reason that human resources behavior are emotionally influenced by its environment and from there they could make biased decisions and increasing the risk to obtain poor results.
